Shipping

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2-4 business days (weekends excluded). Made-to-order pieces have a 4-week lead time. Once custom orders are placed, we will make sure to update you on progress. Once items ship, you will receive shipping information. 

Shipping Costs - SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Domestic

Small/Medium pieces - $8-$15

Large pieces - $20+

International

We ship internationally and will be in contact with you regarding additional shipping charges. Please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as we are not responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. I

Refunds & Exchanges

All items are custom-made and handmade in our studio, and are therefore not eligible for an exchange or return. However, your satisfaction with your experience and purchase is of the utmost importance to us. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. We will do what we can to find a solution to any situation that may come up. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, & shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped.
